Lindsey Vento is at the top of the activity and we are fortunate to have her expertise in Blue Springs. Lindsey brings a creative mind, a musical background, a contemporary approach combined with logistical practicality and knowledge of how to put all of the pieces together. Lindsey is a state-of-the-art designer and consultant and will absolutely have a positive impact on any program.
Lindsey is hands down my favorite person to design shows with. Her depth of understanding of every aspect of a program is second to none. She designs shows for the big picture first, but knows the importance of each part of the program. Lindsey lays out shows in a really fresh, current way. I never feel like we work from a formula. It's always a combination of where the program is, what we want to say, divided by the abilities of everyone involved. From beginning level to BOA finalist level, she always works within the reality of the situation.
Steve Vento is a great arranger. He has been the musical foundation of every good marching show that I have taught over the past 10 years. His knowledge of the marching band idiom is unmatched and his level of attention to your program is incredible. He wants your band to be successful and can help you and your students get there. My students also love his clinics. He can really get the best out of your group in a short amount of time. I will continue to work with Steve and I would highly recommend him for your program.
Lindsey Vento is an absolute joy to work with. As our visual designer she has helped propel our band to the next level. Not only setting the members up with great staging, she has worked to help the staff become better educators. Lindsey is a driven and passionate person who leaves no stone unturned.
