Just like Custom Arrangements Level 1, but this also includes multiple design meetings with your drill designer, guard designer, and program coordinator as we develop your show from the first note to the last. I will also suggest pieces and help with the overall design and pacing of your program.

This includes all of the benefits of Level 1 and 2 with the addition of constant consultation throughout the season. Not only do you get in depth design help as we create the show. You will also receive advice and helpful ways to improve your marching band show throughout the season. Just send me weekly videos of a rehearsal or performance and I will offer suggestions and quick fixes to help maximize your potential. There is no limit of how many videos you can send.

Custom Arrangements Level 4

All The benefits of Level 1-3 plus live instruction, consultation. The director pays for all travel including flight, hotel, transportation, meals and I can be at your rehearsal IN PERSON to help make the show come to life and help motivate the students to achieve their dreams as well as helping the staff on what to be working on and what to be watching/listening for between my visits.

Video Consulting

We offer this service for all marching bands, whether you use our designs or not! We want all bands to be successful and with the help of our staff, we can make that happen! Send us weekly videos of your rehearsal or performance and we will give you an in depth recap of what is working and how to make things come to life to maximize your effectiveness!! This service is great whether you are all alone or plan on competing at BOA Grand Nationals. We can help your group achieve that success!!

In-Person Consulting

Need a spark for your rehearsal prior to your first performance or a little push mid-season to maximize your potential. Then hire us to come to a rehearsal and consult for a day. We can be the "big picture" person in the press box or the person running around the field detailing and nuancing right with the students. Lindsey and I have had great success at BOA, UIL, and many other state level competitions, let us help you so your band achieve great things!

Production Sheet Design

A flow chart of programmatic staging, design, and planned moments, for all guard, winds and battery. We will align with scores and exact measures so this sheet can be given directly to the drill designer for a perfectly cohesive design. A must especially if you are trying to coordinate major moments in the show to maximize the overall effect. Even if you didn't purchase a show from VMV Designs this is STILL available for ANYONE that would like to have a well thought out and cohesive design. Just provide us a fully orchestrated mp3 with corresponding full score and we can help make your production come to life!!

This is a 3 day camp in person with your students or can be sent via video to accommodate your own pace and learning throughout the season. Either way, by using our design team, the choreography/guard book will be both musical and effective. Let our staff ease the pressure off of you and your guard techs so all they have to do is clean.
